There’s no time to lose. Your family are suffering, and more lives could be lost any minute.
You’ve got your armor and weapons, and now it’s time to go.
You set out from the village, walking hard. The armor is heavy — you can’t run — but you move quickly.
A part of you regrets not buying food. In your eagerness to hunt the orcs, was leaving without rations too much of a risk?
You stop by a river, drinking your fill, and washing. Then, you march on. By the time dusk is falling, you’re near the edge of the great forest…
