The Lee Kuan Yew Gratitude Album Collection
Always Remembered, Forever Cherished

Today’s the morning after his funeral in 2015. Yesterday’s feelings continue to echo. The mourning lingers. Grief comes and went in waves. Hope was in the air. We were not afraid. Lee Kuan Yew has prepared us well for the future without him.
Lee Kuan Yew died on 23 March 2015 at 91 years old. Within 10 years after our independence from Malaysia in 1965, Lee transformed a Third World Singapore into a First World modern nation par none, characterized by economic prosperity, law and order, national security, housing for all, world-class education, and full employment with social justice, with continuing prosperity over the past 55 years. For nearly 60 years, Lee Kuan Yew influenced, shaped and molded my life through the social, political and economic transformation he created for Singapore.
During the week-long mourning period (23–29 March 2015), I celebrated his life with a series of insightful articles during the “Lee Kuan Yew Week”, beginning with his Obituary.
