Ten Questions and Answers Nobody Will Give a Toss About

After reading Daniella Montage’s post ‘10 Questions & Answers’ who was inspired by Ginger Cook’s post ‘Ten Questions and Answers Nobody Will Give a Damn About’, who was in turn inspired by others, I thought it would be neat to write such a Q&A myself too.

So that you get to know me better (→feed the algorithm). I tend to be a cryptic sob though at times I’m an open book. I will use the same questions as Dani and Ginger because I feel too lazy to come up with ten of my own.

Anyway, here we go. I promise I will not bore you more than the boredom I currently feel. That is physically impossible:

Question 1: After using something around the house, do you put it back immediately after use or leave it lying around?

That depends on the item. I put cleaning gear back in their usual place, but I leave my whips, floggers and handcuffs all over the house. A bad habit I need to kick. I’m working on that.

Question 2: Do you squeeze the toothpaste from the end or the middle?

When my mind feels like a calm lake on a fully windless day -it happens a few days per year- I squeeze it from the low end. The rest of the time I squeeze it from the middle.

When my mind hosts an inner tempest I squeeze it from the neck though. Toothpastes do not have necks you say? You haven’t seen my own.

Question 3: Do you peel a banana from the handle or the bottom?

I had no idea the body of a banana was called ‘handle’. My English is fluent but not native English level fluent. Anyway, I hold my banana somewhere between the middle and the bottom. To peel it I mean, what did you think?

Whenever I hold a banana I remember a joke of an ex of mine about Snow White right after waking up: “I am so sick of apples, time to eat a banana!”

Question 4: Do you leave dishes in the sink overnight?

No, I never leave dishes in the sink at night. But sometimes, when I’m bored, I leave the pot(s) to clean more thoroughly in the morning.

Question 5: Your best subject in school?

I cannot decide between Greek & English literature and ancient Greek philosophy and mythology. I loved both equally.

Question 6: How many instruments can you play?

Only one, but I cannot name it. If I do, I might have to post this Q&A in this pub.

Question 7: Yes or no to music?

In lieu of a reply this is my list of favorites on YouTube (I tried, but embedding playlists does not work). 280 videos, ~260 songs: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=FLos1Ns10qRvhLnJkA0HFF_g

Question 8: Salty or sweet?

I cannot choose, I want both. Though not necessarily at the same time. Wait, can I do that?

Question 9: Introvert or extrovert?

Introvert with strangers, highly extrovert with people I know. I warm up easily to strangers though.

Question 10: Favorite fruit?

Apple, banana or kiwi? 🤔That’s a tough one.

That will be enough feeding for Herr Algorithmus I guess. Consider yourself challenged to write a similar Q&A, dear reader, either with the same or other questions.
