Stop Worrying: Simple Solutions to Comfort a Sad Friend?
And you can do it without saying a word.

Have you ever been afraid you won’t know what to do to comfort a sad friend? Me too!
It can be frustrating and it’s easy to get worked up because you want to do the right thing for your friend and make their pain go away.
Please don’t beat yourself up. There is a simple solution I would like to share with you.
If your friend needs comforting, there must be some kind of chaos they are going through. The LAST thing they need from you is anxiety,
But how can you remain calm and comfort them?
Here are a couple of quotes to show how this is doable without you having to say a word.
The ear is the avenue to the heart. ~Voltaire
Can you listen to your friend? They might just need someone to talk to.
They invented hugs to let people know you love them without saying anything. ~Bil Keane
A simple hug might be all your friend needs at this time.
Have you seen the “Keep Calm” t-shirts? There are many versions of this concept, Keep Calm and (blank).
