“Since the Harvard sugar study, the estimated 158 million deaths occurred in the US.”
Shortform Story

A quick update for a story published in one of my publications on Medium.
I came across this remarkable story by Freda Savahl, creating awareness of the suffering caused by excessive sugar in our bloodstream.
Our body sees more than a teaspoon of sugar as toxic in the bloodstream. Thus, it releases insulin to distribute glucose to various parts of the body. Yes, in this natural survival process, excessive glucose turns into body fat, especially in the abdominal area.
The effects of sugar on our health are a particular concern to me as I suffered for many years unknowingly and due to misinformation. I used to believe breakfast was the most important meal and that multiple snacks were necessary. By applying zero carbs lifestyle, which helped me thrive, I debunked those myths.
Only after questioning the root causes of my issues and monitoring glucose in my bloodstream, I found out that sugar caused substantial adverse health conditions. One of the best actions was to stop frequent meals and snacking.
Thanks to Freda for mentioning my story and reflecting on my experience with fat loss.
