This article describe the new sculpting process powered by the DALL·E 2. This is part of the project myFatherintheCloud.ai. I will show you how the newest diffusion model deals with generating non-existent sculpture fragments.

Open AI DALL·E: a new way to create art

The Open A.I. project opened the doors for creating a vast community of artists who are now able to create something extraordinary with machine learning tools. The project’s goal is to give back to the community by creating a tool that can make exactly what these artists wanted but couldn’t do on their own.

I have been in digital art since 1983 (Commodore Memory, 64KB. O.S., BASIC 2.0), and I can’t wait to see what comes NEXT. I will keep you updated on the latest developments. HERE

At first: for us artists, non-existing things are not a problem. We can imagine them freely in our minds and make them possible to touch, smell and feel with our hands. But machines cannot imagine anything freely until now. So they need to be trained to understand what they “see,” and they need to see something first to learn it.
