Raindrops and Revelations
It is a story where every drop counts
Word of the Day: Wet!
It’s raining again. “Typical British weather,” grumbles Sam, drenched.
Ella laughs, skipping puddles. “But look! Each drop’s a new beginning.”
Sam scowls, water squelching in their shoes. “It’s just wet. And cold.”
“Nonsense!” Ella twirls, arms wide. “It’s nature’s dance. Join me!”
Reluctantly, Sam steps forward. One splash. Then another. Laughter bubbles up, unexpected, infectious.
“I suppose…it’s not so bad,” admits Sam, a smile breaking through the clouds of his mood.
Ella grins, raindrops mingling with tears of joy. “See? Life’s about dancing in the rain, not waiting for the storm to pass.”
Wet through, they dance on, hearts lighter.
