A Random Word Drabble

The random word of the day is TEACH.

The girl approached him in his favorite coffee shop, where he would stare out the great bay windows and watch the crowds passing by.

“Teach me,” was all she said. It was all she needed to say. He said nothing, just shook his head.

She returned the next day. “Teach me.”

Again, he refused.

The next day she was waiting for him, gripping his favorite coffee nervously. “Teach me.”

He came the next day much later than usual. Still, she was there waiting. “Teach me.”

He snapped his fingers and time stopped. He looked in her eyes.

And he nodded.
