Profits from My First Month on Medium

This was my first month writing on Medium. I chose to start writing not for profit, but to get all my thoughts out of my mind.

I always wanted to write, and it was time to just start.

This month I wrote 15 stories ranging from 1 minute to 5 minutes of read time.

The topics varied from mindfulness, speech and language development, hoarding, vacation, and grief.

A wide range of topics.

Views

I have seen a steady, promising increase in views over the month. My first article was published on September 8th.

I have shared my articles on Pinterest, but no other social media platforms.

September 28th was my highest view date with 52 views.

Followers

This month, I gained 132 followers.

Thank you for following and engaging in my writing! It means so much and is incredible to realize people actually are taking time out of their day to engage.

I also have one email subscriber. I haven’t explored email subscriptions yet, but I am planning to this month.

Total Earning

This month I have earned a total of $6.94.

I have achieved my goal to cover the $5 subscription cost!
