Pineapple has many benefits
Let’s discover recipes with this beautiful fruit

Today, the initial star of my post will be a fruit that everyone knows is: The Pineapple. This fruit is my favorite, and besides being super tasty and fresh, it is super healthy, having immense benefits for our health.
Very recently, I started to store the peel of the pineapple and put it in water to gain its flavor.
In the same way, we make water with lemon. This water gets all the nutrients and flavors of the pineapple that only makes us good for our body. In addition to eating liquids, it is an asset for people who do not like to drink simple water. The benefits that this water will bring you are several.
Pineapple Water
→ Helps you lose weight → Eliminates toxins from our body → Fights inflammation → Kills all parasites in the liver and intestines → Can function as digestive → Regulates thyroid → Balances electrolytes → Improves sense of vision → Helps in the preservation of teeth →Protects our bodies against cancer cells
The Ananaás is also an ironic symbol on many wallpapers, and often when they talk about it, I only remember the beach. A wonderful reminder of summer when eating in winter. If you don’t like to eat the fruit in the natural, you can always opt for smoothies, cakes, and natural ice cream that can replace the taste of natural fruit with a softer taste. I will also leave here a recipe for each so that they can enjoy both the people who like the fruit and those who prefer to eat it from other forms.
Pineapple Smoothie
Cut the Ananás into squares and put them in the blender. Add two dl of coconut milk and a ginger zest. Grind everything and enjoy the fantastic flavors from a smoothie.
Note: Quantities are variable. If you like dwarfs more or dislike them less, don’t put so much. This applies to the remaining ingredients.
Ice Cream Pineapple
Makings:
5 Gelatin sheets 1 Whole big dwarf Two dl fresh cream One can of condensed milk
Preparation Mode: STEP one.
Place the gelatin leaves in very cold water or with ice.
With a serrated knife, cut the anana to the top, and sew it into two halves.
STEP TWO
With the tip of a small knife and the help of a tablespoon, dig the pineapple very well, reserving the pulp in a bowl. Remove the hard and fibrous part of the pineapple and grind the remaining pulp until pureed.
STEP THREE
Apart, beat the cream until they increase in volume, and add the condensed milk, never stopping beating. Melt the gelatin leaves in the microwave without letting them boil and wrap them very well in the cream mixture. Add, in the end, the pineapple pulp and mix everything.
STEP FOUR
Chop the filling into the Pineapple halves and bring to the freezer until it is completely solidified.
Remove from the freezer and cut each half into half-moons. Serve immediately or store in the freezer until serving time.
I hope you enjoy these recipes and delight as much as I do.
