What’s the news on Oneplus’ foldable phone?
Foldable phones are everywhere these days, popping up like mushrooms every few weeks. The latest contenders to join the party are the Google Pixel Fold and the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, rubbing shoulders with long-standing favorites like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Oppo Find N2 Flip.
But hold onto your hats, because it looks like OnePlus is about to throw their hat into the ring too. They’ve been teasing us with hints about their foldable device for ages, and they even dropped another teaser at MWC 2023 earlier this year.
Now, the dream is inching closer to reality, as rumors start swirling about an August launch event. Word on the street is that the event will take place in New York, while Oppo is planning a Chinese event around the same time to showcase their Find N3. If the rumors hold true, the OnePlus foldable phone and the Oppo Find N3 will be pretty similar, with the OnePlus version catering to the international market.
