Verses of the Night

In shadows cast by waning light, Beneath the velvet cloak of night, A world awakens, dreams take flight, As stars above shine pure and bright.

The silver moon, a tranquil sphere, Bids slumbered souls to draw it near, Its gentle glow, devoid of fear, In whispered dreams, we persevere.

In every heart, a secret song, Where passions deep and wild belong, We dance with dreams our whole lives long, In timeless rhythms, we are strong.

Through mists of time, the night extends, A canvas where our journey wends, Each dream a star, the universe lends, A tapestry of love that mends.

With dawn’s embrace, the night does fade, But memories of dreams cascade, In waking world, the magic’s made, By dreams and stars, our souls persuade.

In twilight’s kiss, a silent vow, To dream again, we know not how, But ‘neath the moon’s soft, silver brow, We close our eyes and wonder now.

So let the night, with dreams aglow, Unveil the secrets we can’t know, As stars above in endless flow, Embrace our souls and make them grow.
