My North Star
A short poem
As I wrote in my story “Brighter Than The Stars”, the North Star means something special to me. I think about my favorite person even more when I see it: “⭐ Whenever I look up at the sky in the evening or at night, I look for it. I feel even closer to my special person then. We are both looking at the same sky, at the same North Star. Until we can be together soon. ❤”
Almost all my poems are very personal and for my favorite person. They describe my private love story. I have so many ideas in my head that I could write for hours at times. I collect my ideas and create notes and draft stories. As I wrote in my spring story, I collect more inspiration while walking in nature: “The walks inspire me to write poems, I receive so many ideas in my head from nature. I have started several spring poems.” You can find those here:

However, the North Star is always a special symbol for me. That’s why I always come back to it in my poems. Here is another of my poems for my favorite person and “our” star.
There’s a light in the sky It never fades away It’s always there to guide us When we’re lost in the dark
It’s the north star It’s the one that we follow It’s the one that leads us home
Whenever we’re feeling down And we don’t know what to do We just look up at the sky And we’ll find the north star
It will always lead us the right way It will never let us down
So don’t be afraid, my love When the darkness comes around
Just look up at the sky And you’ll see the north star Guiding you home.
