How you can make $200 every month on Medium without getting curated?
$200 a month isn’t enough to live a good life but thinking about it as a source where you just shared your thoughts and make money is amusing and empowering. In this digital age where the world is like a village and most social media platforms pay you just to create content for them; YouTube is the first platform followed by other platforms like Facebook, Medium, and IGTV.

Curation is everything but

One writer is publishing 9 stories every week — that’s 36 stories a month. Man, I have just written 15 to 20 stories every month on Medium. - Build yourself a following. Yes, I have shared a story where just uploading videos about Medium on my channel, I got over 1,000 followers on Medium.
Publishing more stories and making your stories more search-friendly
- Publishing more stories will help you to feed the algorithm. Most content creators on the Internet have this problem. If you are not active on a platform, you are losing your fanbase. PewDiePie is one of the 2nd most subscribed channels on YouTube and he literally uploads videos every damn single day. Publishing more stories on Medium means getting more chances of getting discovered.
- SEO is a very important part to learn for a writer on Medium. Some of the stories that getting ranked on Google and you might generate more affiliate deals.

The Future of Medium:
Ok, I will write a very in-detail post about it later on, probably after a week or two but this is just a short version of it. I think the Future of Medium for Writers isn’t Medium Partner Program but it is much bigger; by much bigger here I mean writing on this platform to have sponsor deals with companies like a content creator on YouTube or Instagram. I am seeing people doing this now but they are like the top 0.1% of the people who generate Millions of hits every month on Medium from Google search or other sources.
Is making $200 a month without getting curated or published in popular publications is possible?
I would say, yes, I have made over $500 Last month, $200 from Medium Partner Program, and $300 through an Affiliate deal and if I can make it, you too can do this.
