Motivation
Here’s an Invitation to a Great Writing Challenge.
Share your concerns and aspirations in a story.

Introduction
Writing is fun, but if no one is reading your content, it loses its meaning. When there is no audience for your stories, you naturally lose motivation and give up.
We don’t want this to happen. Losing motivation can kill joy, creativity, and productivity. Readers need fresh ideas and well-crafted content.
Inspiration and motivation are like showers. We need them every day. Writing can be therapeutic and bring your motivation back. Sharing your concerns with your audience helps you grow as a writer.
Many writers lost their mojo recently due to declining stats. All of us experienced the adverse effects of stats. The recent stats on Medium is mind-boggling right now. It has hit rock bottom. It feels like many writers were thrown out of the central zone. Readers don’t seem to find their content easily.
However, despite all, I recommend creating, writing, and sharing your pain meaningfully. Action brings motivation. A practical approach for creators is to raise their concerns and discuss them logically.
Purpose
This post aims to offer an opportunity for writers to share their concerns and aspirations, including some links to their stories.
To this end, I recommend you post a personal story covering your concerns, desires, and recommendations.
I created ten points as writing prompts for this proposed story. You can customize these questions to build your story.
I believe this unique story will help you connect better, introduce new readers, and help gain new followers.
Let’s make it happen. You have nothing to lose.
All you need is to invest an hour in framing your thoughts and submitting a personal story.
Prompts for your story
Here are ten prompts to build your story.
1 — As a writer, my major pain points and struggles are ….

10 — If I were the owner of Medium, I’d implement these features to support writers and readers…
Other points to consider
I recommend your story to be a minimum of 500 words.
Kicker: “Inspiration”
Title of the story: “What bothers me as a writer, and what I want to do about them.”
Subtitle: “Creative ideas from [Your Name]”
You may slightly change the title and subtitle to suit your style.
You can introduce your background in the first paragraph.
If you have a writer's bio, you can add it at the end.
You can also add photos of yourself, your website, blogs, books, or your workplace.
