Daily Success Stories from ILLUMINATION
Improvement Never Ends
Yes, we know how to surprise!

The truth is — and this is corny — I fall more in love with Portia all the time. I really do. She surprises me all the time. — Ellen DeGeneres

In this bulletin, I want to share an important finding from one of the recent surveys that I conducted with a selected group of readers. My question in this specific survey was “What type of stories do you expect from ILLUMINATION?”. The most widely used keyword was “surprising” which nicely surprised me. I deliberately titled our curation list as “Who doesn’t like surprises?” because almost everyone does! I learned that surprise factor must be taken seriously for content marketing strategy.
When I read some comments in the survey responses, readers prefer surprising, authentic, original, and novel content created explicitly by the experiences of the writers. This is invaluable feedback as it guides our content strategy. Our writers offer plenty of original content stemming from their experience. I come across many surprising pieces every day. We continue to improve and strive to surprise our readers. One specific mention was about our writer interviews which were enjoyed by several readers.
Let me surprise you with what I found when I was reviewing our articles in the last few days. We have prolific writers who are also avid readers. They engage in lots of articles by highlighting, leaving comments, and clapping. I want to reveal them as they deserve recognition for their honorable engagement on our stories: Jessica Cote, Francine Fallara, Tree Langdon ♾️, Desiree Driesenaar, R Tsambounieri Talarantas, Chowa Sekai, Chris Hedges, Bob Jasper, Rasheed Hooda, René Junge, Gurpreet Dhariwal, Holly Jahangiri, Sylvia Love Johnson.
Let’s see how you can surprise our readers with your engaging stories tomorrow! I am already excited.
