If you think you want to learn how to squirt, think again.

At least that’s what sex educator Samia Burton, Owner of Sexual Essentials LLC, told me. Although she teaches hands-on classes about squirting, she unapologetically said, “I don’t care about squirting.”
But she does care about helping people have great orgasms. And she mentioned a couple of ways to do it:
- Turn down your sex toys. You don’t have to crank up your toys to top speeds to enjoy them. Try a lower setting and relish the sensations.
- Take it slow. Racing to the orgasm finish line could cheat you of pleasure. Slow down to make the most of your masturbation.
- Focus on breathing. If your breathing is labored, you’re not going to have a strong orgasm. Breathing is powerful, so breathe deeply as you masturbate.
