If Time Is MONEY — Many Medium Writers Won’t Make Any!

Medium has become a significant income stream for millions.

I wrote about this already, but not many writers have taken heed. Rules are in heaven. Satan has his own in hell too. They are in all educational institutions so you can be educated. Businesses and Corporations have them. Banks and all financial institutions maintain and enforce them for profit. Politics and Governments make them to enforce laws.

Religions and their churches use them to connect with their creator. Homes and Hospitals have them for your health and safety. Food, how we dress, speak, live, and present ourselves have rules too. The street has rules. Machines have rules. They are everywhere and in everything. They come with penalties and rewards.

Some rules are hard and unconscionable. Others are simple, like the one Medium ask of writers.

PUT A LINK TO WHERE YOU GET YOUR IMAGES UNDER THE IMAGE YOU USE TO LURE READERS IN THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO BE PAID!

This is one of the easiest and simplest rules I have encountered.

As an editor of several Publications, this simple and easy rule is often ignored. Medium has provided an income for many. They say time is money. When the rules are ignored, their money-making piece can’t be published on time because editors must obey the rules and set examples. Then they will begin to complain about the time it takes to get their power of words to their readers and how they aren’t making any money.

Whether you make a dollar or a thousand respecting and obeying the rules will count.

I nailed into my children’s heads that the world and humanity owes you NOTHING! But life will return to you, what you give without prejudice. So when you get something, no matter the size, give gratitude. Always be grateful.

This platform makes no promise to any writers. So you enter at your own risk.

Mistakes cost us, but they are lessons too. I and many writers are aware that we won’t become overnight success or millionaires. It’s what we do with our ‘coffee payment’ that gives it value. Plus many of us look at the bigger picture and are grateful for the little our power of words earned, inspired, uplifted, motivated, encouraged, healed, helped, etc.

We have a day job that pays our bills!

I still have to remind writers of the simple rule they don’t put a lot of thought into.

Editors give you their best and their time is a FREE gift to you. Images lure in readers like words. They say the best things are free.

Many writers remember that simple rule, some create their own images. Others use innovation and remove limits from their imagination to create their own images. If time is money for them, then they will not be disappointed. Their power of words will get to their readers in record time.

Check out this new writer. I like her attitude and the simple images she uses to get her power of words to you. And boy is her words heart-touching.

A rose is the most amazing and misunderstood, but beautiful flower. It’s the most sought-after flower and most sold too. This image will pull readers in for its uniqueness and beauty. Use simple images that you create. It will save the editors time and get your power of words to your readers at the right time.

This writer uses her art not only to heal and entertain but also to inspire.
