I Doubled My Monthly Income On Medium!
How I did it…
I have many tips on getting your goals below.
As for the month of April I have doubled my monthly income from March!
I’ve been in the Medium Partner Program since March and was excited to start earning money for my writing.
I didn’t know how it would go but dreamed of earning $100 to $4,000 per month like the writers I’ve read about.
March was the first month that I started making money and I made over 4 dollars.
I’ve made over 9 dollars for April and am happy about that!

Tips on growing your income:
- I try to write everyday. I try to find some time to write an article or a poem. Sometimes, it’s an idea that I’ve started and sometimes I come up with a brand new idea. I make it a personal goal to write everyday because I know that once I start skipping days, it gets out of control.
Like the old saying, ‘a rolling stone gathers no moss.’
2. I read and write to other writers.
I try to read other writers’ work and look for tips on improving my writing from them. I also leave them comments or questions about their writing. In doing this I meet many new people and learn from them. They also read my work which grows my readership. Good idea!
3. I joined other publications.
By doing this I was able to put my articles in the best publication to get it out to readers. I would publish my poetry in a publication that had poetry. Move Me Poetry. Or I would put an article about life in Coffee Times. And there are many other publications suited to your specific article.
4. Research being a better writer.
I would also watch You Tube or read articles on becoming a better writer. I would learn skills on improving my writing so readers would get more out of it and find it more enjoable to read.
Try doing all of the above tips and watch your writing improve, gain more followers, and increase your monthly income.
