How to Push Past Your Limitation And Awaken Your Greatness
When you try and fail, you are going beyond your comfort zone.

There comes a day when you will realize that everything you have tried has failed. You have read books and attended seminars and retreats.
Perhaps you have been trying to solve your problems with friends and family. You have kept a diary and even done all the exercises in the fitness programs you have purchased.
You may have changed slightly (may not). But you still feel stuck in the same problem, wandering in circles and getting very tired.
When you look back on the years you have devoted to building yourself and your career, you want to give it up.
I know how you feel because I’ve been there. There are times when I feel that the fund is reserved only for me.
More often we decide that our approach is wrong because of how our life appears to us. We don’t feel happy like we think other people are.
We do not have the financial, emotional, and relational success of others. We feel our lives are missing something because of how we think our lives should be.
But what do you do when nothing seems to work for you?
There are three main strategies I use when I feel stuck and lose direction in life.
Dig deep into what you really want to achieve
Often this is where our problems come from. We get confused with long and short-term goals.
When I asked 15 people on my team and close friends what their dream was, I got answer “I want to save and buy a house,” “I want a new job. The current one no longer covers my monthly payments”, “Oh I want to. take out the mortgage.
These kinds of goals will tear you apart, and you won’t reach it within the time limit you set to achieve it. But if you have a long-term goal, it feeds the hunger to keep yourself in the fight to succeed.
Prepare an action plan and stick to it
Do you want to achieve a goal or a dream? No matter how big or small you are, you have two choices. A). Stay in your comfort zone and hope to get what you want or B). go out and do whatever it takes to make it happen.
I always choose option B. What is the point of sitting back for the next ten years and waiting for the gold to fall into my lap? This is how I see the comfort zones. It takes more years to get what you want than to take matters into your own hands.
In the book “The Aladdin Factor”, Jack Canfield said, “Anything you want is waiting for you to ask for it. Anything you want wants you too. But you have to act to get it.” This is also the cornerstone of our self-fulfilling powers.
Adopt a spiritual practice such as meditation or yoga
Our humans process more than 30,000 unconscious thoughts a day, most of which are negative.
By doing gentle spiritual practice, you can recognize all negative thoughts. No matter how strong or persistent they are, you can choose to ignore them.
Spiritual practices such as meditation or yoga can lift your thoughts instead of being at the mercy of negative ones, which lead you into a downward spiral.
This is the real empowerment because you realize that you are affecting your mental and spiritual state.
Final thoughts
If you persevere through these three disorienting stages, the expansion comes, which is the wonderful realization that it is safe to take risks and reach higher realms of realization.
Because deep exploration often invites great revelations. You may suddenly feel a glimmer of desire to live a more adventurous and colorful life or to feel more seen and understood in your relationships and at work.
