How to Figure Out Your Current Subconscious Programming
You manifest exactly what your subconscious mind is

I. The Mind That Forgets Nothing
Your subconscious mind is like a memory disk that never gets full no matter what. It permanently stores everything that has ever happened to you from when you were a baby till the day you die. It even contains memories of the things that happened in the past that you swore to never think or talk about.
And it forgets nothing.
Your subconscious mind contains details of everything you have ever experienced and these experiences shape the way you think and act, especially experiences in your childhood.
It is always working in the background, but you are not aware of it.
While it won’t tell you exactly what happened when you were four years old, it will bring things to the forefront through repeating patterns, thoughts, and impulses that reflect the things that have happened to you in the past. It’s the reason why you sometimes act and later wonder why you did or said the thing you did or said. It’s why you do things and regret them.
Your subconscious mind influences how you act and react to things such as why you are always sad, happy, lonely, shy, confident, afraid, hardworking, lazy, critical, judgmental, etc.
The sense of fear and discomfort you sometimes feel, or the need to judge and complain, are signs that your subconscious mind has been triggered. And triggers will always point you to the things in your subconscious mind that you need to address and heal.
II. Becoming Aware of The Patterns
The conscious mind is the physical mind, and the subconscious mind is the habitual mind. It is the reason why habits and patterns are so hard to break. They are subconscious things and are stored deep within the mind. You have to notice them to break them, but how many of us actually take notice when something is hidden?
But one thing is for sure: whatever it is you are manifesting right now is exactly what your subconscious programming is. Whatever you are experiencing is exactly the programming you have.
This is why it’s so important to become aware of your current subconscious programming and work to change them if they’re not favorable. It never hurts to try to explore the hidden parts of your own mind. It’s your mind and you must know it from the inside out.
In order to shift your reality, you have to reprogram your subconscious mind. To do this, you have to take a look at your life and try to pinpoint what it is you are experiencing over and over again.
Your life and the patterns cannot lie to you.
If you see a pattern, you know that it’s a subconscious belief that is creating those patterns. Any pattern in your life demands that you take notice.
Maybe the people you love always end up leaving you and now you push everybody who tries to get close to you away because you know they will leave sooner or later. Maybe you’ve always felt Iike an outsider. You could never fit in anywhere and now you believe that’s your fate. You think it’s you. It’s something wrong with you and you believe it.
Wherever there is a negative pattern, there is a problem.
Until you become aware of what’s happening in your life, you are just running on unconscious programming sometimes passed down from generation to generation through beliefs, thoughts, and habits. This is why many of us end up living and experiencing the same things are ancestors experienced and if we do not consciously become aware and shift that programming, we can only reach as far as they did.
III. Pay Attention to Your Dreams
Dreams are messages. Although they are abstract, symbolic, and sometimes very confusing, your dreams can show you what’s going on in your subconscious mind.
Let’s say you have a recurring dream of losing control behind the wheel and you keep having that dream and you wake up terrified or you constantly dream of being naked in public and you wake up feeling embarrassed. That’s what’s going on on a subconscious level. You may be feeling out of control in your real life or a secret of yours may get exposed or you may be feeling exposed in a certain area of your life.
You have to pay attention to your dreams if you dream a lot and actually remember them. They will always lead you right into your subconscious mind. Pay attention to how you feel in your dreams and how you feel upon waking up and thinking about them.
Did you feel alive? Were you afraid? Did you feel free or did you feel trapped? All of these are clues to what’s really going on in your subconscious mind, especially if the dreams are recurring.
If you don’t pay attention and work on understanding what your dreams are trying to tell you, you may end up manifesting into the physical world that which represents the true meaning of the dream.
Your dreams will always be a great indication of what's to come, and it always comes from the subconscious mind.
IV. Break The Pattern
Another way to figure out your current subconscious programming is to pay attention to the things you say to people. The things you are constantly saying to people and even yourself will always reveal your subconscious.
“I’m going to die alone” “I never have any money left over” “I am so tired of this’’
Anything that you chronically complain about is something that is going on in your subconscious mind. Also, the things you complain about in others can also point to your own fears that you are projecting onto others.
If there’s something you constantly say or even think to yourself, that is your subconscious programming and the more you think those things, say those words, and cast those spells out of your mouth because words are spells, the more you keep that in your experience when they manifest.
The mind is smart. Too smart for its own good. It’s a powerful tool, too. There’s no doubt about that. Your mind is like your tongue. It can build things up and it can break them down. It needs to be tamed and controlled.
You can use your conscious mind to reprogram your subconscious mind by the power of positive thinking to overcome negative thoughts and bad habits. The repeating patterns tell the truth you need to know. You can break them or repeat them. Dreams are doorways to explore your mind and it’s all in your hands.
It’s your mind, after all. You can control and use it for your good. You should.
