Hello beautiful people,

Have you noticed how easy it is to slip back into bad habits, yet good ones are so hard to keep going?

This year, I got myself a habit-forming diary; the idea is to list between one and seven habits you wish to develop in the fifty-two weeks of the year, then tick off the number of times you do them each week.

Mine started off so well, Five new habits. seven ticks a week.

Now, for last week I see this:

Nada. Not, One. Single. Tick.

Oh, dear.

I console myself that I can try again this week, After all, this is the method I used to make myself write every day and meditate consistently, so I know it works.

Onwards and upwards.

This week’s theme is cooking cos I’ve resurrected my Caribbean cookery club…
