Guess Who’s Streaming a Diablo 4 Speedrun? None Other Than Elon Musk

Elon Musk will be streaming a speedrun on Diablo 4 on Twitter.

But today, we’re diving into something different: Musk’s wild idea to livestream a Diablo 4 speedrun right on his Twitter. Hold onto your hats, folks!

Guess what? Elon Musk just spilled the beans on a new adventure he’s diving into — speedrunning Diablo 4!

Yeah, you heard that right, the tech wizard himself is going to take on the virtual demons and monsters in one of Blizzard’s most-awaited games.

But hold your horses, this isn’t going to be some jaw-dropping, pro-level speedrun. Elon’s keeping it real.

You probably know Elon Musk for his groundbreaking innovations in electric vehicles and space exploration. But now, he’s crossing over to the gaming world, and it all started with a viral story.

Not long ago, the rumor mill churned out a spicy nugget of information: Elon had convinced his ex-girlfriend, Amber Heard, to cosplay as Mercy from Overwatch.

That got the gaming community buzzing. Elon and gaming have always been a curious combo, and now he’s taking his first public step into the realm of video games.

So, how did we find out about this exciting adventure? Well, like most things in the digital age, it all began with a tweet. Elon Musk, the man himself, took to Twitter to announce his grand plan.

He’s going to livestream a Diablo 4 speedrun on the night of September 27, around 11 p.m. CT. Why, you ask? To test Twitter’s livestream scaling, of course!

In his tweet, Elon mentioned that people had been bugging him to stream his video game sessions, and he finally decided to give it a shot. He’s going to tackle a Tier 99 Nightmare dungeon in Diablo 4.

Now, here’s a little secret: Elon had already revealed his Diablo 4 character’s name and hinted at playing the game earlier.

But then, work got in the way, and he had to push back the livestream. But no worries, he promised to make it up the next day.

Now, let’s be clear. This isn’t going to be a pro-level gaming performance. Elon Musk himself made that abundantly clear.

So, while he’s gearing up to conquer a Tier 99 Nightmare dungeon, he’s also telling us to “keep your expectations low.”

And that’s understandable because Diablo 4 is no walk in the park. It’s got some serious challenges, but Elon did reveal one thing — he won’t use malignant hearts. These gems in the game give your character a boost in stats and unique abilities.

Elon’s tweet about this gaming venture exploded on Twitter. It got a whopping 11.3 million views, 55,000 likes, and nearly 6,000 retweets!

It just goes to show how curious the gaming community is about seeing the man himself dive into the gaming world. And you know what? The hype is real, especially with the upcoming Diablo 4 update dropping on October 17, 2023.
