Galactic Council Considers Earth’s Fate Part 8

Arctur the Arcturian pulled deeply from his soma pipe. “That was the first time I have coupled with a Venusian. To describe it as a cosmic experience falls far short. I believe I experienced all aspects of 12 dimensions.”
“Yes, I felt the energy wave climbing through all 32 of my chakras. It was wonderful,” Vanna purred.
Arctur put his hands together. “Namaste. I suppose you must return to your work.”
“Yes, my work on earth is never ending. As you know, it is an exciting period of transition there and my duty awaits.”
“Yes, it must be. I have to admit, I have an odd feeling of jealousy. Your life is so full of purpose.”
“I have an idea, if you’re game for it,” Vanna suggested. “Why don’t you accompany me on my next mission. You will only be an observer, but I think you might find it interesting.”
Arctur’s deep eyes twinkled like the stars of Orion. “I would love nothing more than to do that. With you.”
“Let’s do it then. We’ll use my transporter. I have an appearance to make.”
“I’m ready! I have never been to earth. This is so exciting!” Arctur’s blue face deepened in hue.
“Okay, I’m excited too! First, let me fill you in on a little back story. The earthlings tend to congregate in crowded cities, ugly by our standards. But outside the cities lay beautiful landscapes that are still vibrant with natural beauty, which is where we’ll visit. There, in more peaceful surroundings, we are able to interact with the earthlings, usually in small groups or in individual circumstances. This is typically a frightening experience for them, so a period of acclimatization is necessary, sometimes even a memory block. We’ll typically start by showing ourselves from a distance, and then approach gradually. Then we project our loving presence, and if we determine that communication is possible, we continue our contact, teaching them The Way.”
Arctur nodded. “I understand. You have to distinguish yourself from the other interplanetary visitors who do not come with such benevolence.”
“Yes, exactly. It’s a slow and deliberate process. Preliminary communication must be established. If the recipient is receptive, our emissary will create a relationship, and introduce concepts to expand awareness of a broader reality, and to the precepts of Free Will. This we call The Way. Ultimately, we want the earthling to spread the word about their experience. We want them to become teachers, but there is usually a great amount of reluctance, because they can be tortured, crucified, or put in padded cells, if they talk about The Way. This is where I come into the picture.”
“Oh, this sounds very exciting. I can’t wait to observe!”
“Okay, let’s go. One final note, before we go. I only make my appearance when it has been determined that the earth subjects are sufficiently prepared. But no one on the earth plane can be truly ready. I like to provide a little shock and awe, a little drama if you will, to make sure I have their attention.”
“It sounds like it will be fun.” It had been a long time since Arctur had felt such emotion pouring through his body.
“We’ll be there soon,” Vanna continued. “I’ll be making an appearance before a man named Wilbur Watson. Our emissaries have been in communication with him for some time and preparing him to be a teacher, but he has met with ridicule and censorship and has become frustrated to the point of giving up.”
Arctur sensed the earth’s gravitational field and adjusted a device on his wrist to normalize the density to his own planet’s parameters.
Vanna continued. “We are about to arrive at our destination. He won’t see you as long as you remain on your vibrational frequency. I have sent a signal to the man directing him to come to an open meadow on his farm, but he has no idea what to expect.”
Arctur observed Wilbur walking across a green field, pausing to look up at the sky. To Wilbur’s extreme surprise, a huge animal appeared from nothingness and charged straight at the hapless man, forcing him to fall backward as the animal approached him at full speed.

Arctur recognized the beast as a bull, complete with large, pointed horns, an animal that was long extinct in his sector of the galaxy. But it must be a hologram, he realized, because it passed over the prone earthling without contact. As a visibly shaken Wilbur looked up, Vanna made her appearance, in all her glowing glory.
“Whoo-hoo are you?” Wilbur stammered.
“I am Vanna. I am from Venus, like your other visitors. You already know why we are here. Your mission is to help prepare your planet for our presence and guidance.”
“Yes, I know. I’ve been sooo weak.”
“Your weakness is self-imposed. We will help you with that. You have seen the fate that awaits your planet. But you have the power to change that future.”
“N-n-no one believes me. I’ve tried to warn them! Even my own family don’t believe me. They need a sign.” Wilbur struggled to rise from the ground.
“You must continue your efforts.” Vanna’s words filled the sky, yet no sound was uttered. “In three days, a large silver craft will appear over your village. You will warn them, and it will give you the credibility that you need. When you summon us, we will appear as orbs. We will make our appearance visible to others as you ask.”
“Thank you. I will tell them. I’ll tell everybody I know.”
“It will be up to you to teach them the truth, Wilbur. Your planet is on the precipice of a change that only occurs every 12,000 of your sun cycles. It is an opportunity for evolution if you can make it one. But it can also be a time of great destruction. And the people who control your planet will use that destruction to ensure that you and the people of earth remain their slaves for eternity.”
“Yesss ma’aam. I will tell that message. Your people have shown me what it will look like if we can’t make a change.”
“The time is near. Remember what you have been told.” With that, Vanna raised her density to her normal level, disappearing before a still shaking Wilbur. Directing her attention to Arctur, who was visibly amused, Vanna signaled a return to her transporter.
“I love the bull,” Arctur laughed. “Where did that come from?”
“We have used the bull since ancient times on earth. It is a symbol of strength, as well as terror. They worshiped it at one time, and it still gets their attention.”
“It certainly got Wilbur’s attention,” Arctur chuckled.
“I’ll give you a quick tour around earth, if you like,” she winked.
To be continued…
