Galactic Council Considers Earth’s Fate Part 7

Arctur the Arcturian and Vanna the Venusian were sharing nourishment in a discreet and undetectable corner of the black hole Powehi.
“This green juice is delicious,” Arctur enthused. “The Sirians have some of the best recipes in the galaxy. Would you like to try some?”
“Thank you, but it’s a little rich for my blood, which is green enough already,” Vanna demured.

Arctur was not good at small talk. “Just what’s going on with the earth DNA? You’ve got the Uranians craving it, but complaining that the quality is declining?”
“It’s not the DNA itself, but the male sperm that carry the DNA,” Vanna explained. “The earthlings have been evolving at a faster pace, and as a consequence their hormonal levels are moderating. This is a natural consequence of moving from a binary to a unitary state of consciousness.”
“I see. That’s probably confusing for them. They definitely have their share of adjustment challenges,” Arctur sympathized.

“It’s even worse than that. Unfortunately for the earthlings, the decrease in gametes has also been accelerated by chemical pollutants in their environment. It’s affecting their ability to reproduce, which isn’t a bad thing by itself. But the pollutants are also disrupting their climate.”
Arctur observed, “They are certainly in a messy stage of their development. They need to have a new generation of clean technology, if they can handle the disruption. Are you able to help them with that?”
“We are handicapped by treaty restrictions with the Council. We cannot give them technology, because the Uranians have the exclusive legal rights to exchange technology. But we can help guide them with what they have.”
Arctur shared a confidence. “Riki told me they didn’t mean to include as much intelligence in the brain sequencing, and their intelligence is evolving, which of course relates to their ability to escape control.”
Vanna’s blue eyes sparkled. “Yes, it’s exciting to observe. And they may soon evolve exponentially as their machines learn much faster than they can. But their physical brains are also evolving. Many now have an evolution of brain tissue that brings them closer to the next dimension.”
“Yet they remain largely under the control of the Reptoids, while at the same time, under a different treaty, the Uranians steal their gametes. The earthlings are indeed being exploited.” Arctur raised his hands in resignation.
“The Uranians may claim that the earthlings’ DNA is a sex stimulant, and that trade may be sanctioned under the universal laws of commerce. That may be true, but they are also using it to populate their own slave planet. The Council is unaware of that,” Vanna confided.
“I wasn’t aware of that,” Arctur said with a look of concern. “I don’t think they have treaty rights to do that.”
“No, and it should be stopped,” Vanna urged. “As a delegate to the Galactic Council, you can file a complaint. Maybe it will rid the earth of at least one race of unwelcome visitors. That would also break their monopolistic control of technology transfers.”
“Well, that’s another good reason to get them expelled from the earth.” Arctur looked deep into Vanna’s bottomless blue eyes. “Yes, I can do that. For you.”
“And for earth,” Vanna purred.
