You nod.
“Lorenzo is looking for the Time Walker.”
“The what?”
“A warlock who can manipulate time.”
Your thoughts are like a snow globe, stuck in time. Motionless. A chill runs down your spine as you contemplate the implications of such a dangerous power.
Your chest tightens. “I’m afraid to ask…”
Alaric tilts his head. “From where I stand, you’ve got nothing to fear.” He raises a shackled hand in the air.
“What exactly do you have to do with all this?”
His gaze meets yours. “I know the Time Walker’s location.”
Your heartbeat echoes in your head… waiting patiently.
Choose your next action.
- You ask the prisoner for the Time Walker’s location. In exchange, you will convince Lorenzo to spare his life (click here).
- You offer to work with Alaric by asking him to take you to the Time Walker’s location. In exchange, you promise to protect him with your own life. (click here)
