As the night falls, your group sets up camp near the caves, and builds a fire to warm themselves. The lead orc, mighty Gremgor, sits with you, sharing some of his food and drink.
“You’re not like the other orcs I’ve encountered.”
He grunts. “We not have chance be different. Humans see us as monsters, kill us on sight.”
“That’s true,” you say, feeling a pang of guilt.
“Not your fault. But maybe you help. Tell other humans. We not all bad.”
You nod, realizing that the orc is right. Maybe there is a chance for peace between your people.
