Why I Wrote This Article In The First Place

The Medium Blogging Community is one of the strongest communities on the internet. But, it is also one of the most poorly understood. Its members are some of the most gifted writers, with a special dedication to quality, and a willingness to help those who simply need advice on how to improve their writing.

So why do so many people find it hard to understand why I write about Medium? Because so few people realize that when we write for medium, we write for each other.

Sure, we may write for our own websites or other publications. But, when we write on medium, it is mostly for each other.

I, too, a member of the Medium blogging community. When I first started writing, it was just for my own website.

Then, I started finding other writers who were sharing their thoughts, and ideas on how to improve your writing.

These writers were usually just like me; people who are dedicated to quality, and want to help others improve their work. So, in order to better understand why I write about Medium, we first need to go back in time a bit.

When first joining Medium, in order to better understand the community, I started by reading some of the other stories.

However, I found that many of them were very good. In fact, some were better than what was on my own website, at least from my own perspective.

It wasn’t until the second time around that I started to notice some differences between writers on Medium and other writers who only write for their own websites. But I’ll get to that in a bit.

When writing for your own website, you typically write for three different audiences.

First, you write for the search engines.

They are a big part of any website, and if your site never gets viewed by Google, then it is very unlikely that you will get any visitors.

Second, you would write for traffic.

If no one ever visits your site again after the first visit, then what was the point of writing? This requires a lot more work to do properly than most people realize, but that is another blog post by itself.

Third, you would write for people who read your site.

You wouldn’t just write for yourself, but also others who might like your work.

The part that most people don’t realize is that for each website, you typically have a primary audience.

These are the people who visit your site the most and may even follow you on social media or email you when they have some questions.

This is your core audience. What most people don’t realize is that the vast majority of bloggers don’t fully understand their core audience.

They may think they do, but they usually don’t fully grasp what makes them so great. The reason is that you usually have to be a part of the audience in order to fully understand it.

However, when writing for Medium, you don’t necessarily have a primary audience. Even when you write for your own website, you can write specifically for a primary audience.

The difference with Medium is that if you want to get traffic while writing here, then I’m sorry to say that it is not very likely that you will succeed. That’s because not many people read stories on Medium. It is a shame, but that is the reality of it.

The reason is that most people who visit Medium, don’t have any interest in reading stories.

Most of those on Medium are just reading articles to learn something new or to find some inspiration for their own work.

They may comment occasionally, but for the most part, they will read your story, and then never come back again. Then, they will never read any of your other work.

Because of this, if you want great traffic while writing here, then you have to be a part of the primary audience. You need to become a member of the core community, who is driven by quality, and willing to help other writers improve their work.

That is why I write about Medium. I have always strived for quality in everything that I have written.

That includes a dedication to helping other writers improve their own writing. So far, that has led me to create over 100 articles on Medium.

In those many stories, I have tried my best to help writers from all parts of the world learn how to improve lifestyles, how to create more time for their families, and even help those who are struggling with finances.

I have also shared the things that I have learned over the years about travel, writing, health, and even relationships.

This is why I write on Medium. The blogging community is one of the strongest and most intelligent communities that I have ever seen online. And they are also very helpful when you need help improving your writing, or discovering some new thoughts and ideas that can be useful in your writing.

Why would I do that for free when I could easily just write for other publications? It is because the Medium blogging community is a special place where people are willing to help each other.

Helping others improve their work, in turn, helps you improve your work as well. No one benefits more than you do when writing here on Medium, and yes, even though it has only been a few months since I first started writing here, It has already changed my life forever.

When you write on Medium, it is not just about trying to collect more followers or traffic. It is about writing what you know because you want others to learn something from it.

That is why when I write for Medium, I don’t write about just about any of my interests. Instead, I only write about things that are going to be helpful to others.

It doesn’t matter who those people are that read my stories on Medium, or what country they live in.

The only thing that matters is whether or not my story will help them succeed at something important in their lives, and if it does help them, then I will have done what was necessary in order to help another person improve their life.
