Day 4: Depression And Dependency Pain
She breaks up with me.
Update, May 8, 2022: It’s come to my unfortunate attention that my X has many narcissistic traits. I encourage anyone that is going through a weird and painful relationship to please research narcissism.

Today was a terrible day!
Horrible and hurtful!
I woke up sad and worried about how she felt.
I wanted to speak with her but I knew she still wanted me to only text or email.
Had a worrisome morning.
Then she texted me at noon saying she was going to Wine Club tonite with someone else.
We texted for a long time.
I told her she should speak to me in person and she said no, only text.
She agreed to talk with me on Friday….
After I emailed her my thoughts on all I did outside the bar, Friday night.
She would not change her mind.
She told me how terrible she felt and called me terrible names.
She said, ‘I can’t see you anymore, I’m not interested in what you have to offer.’
I was in shock!
Later, I got a Facebook message from the Wine Club group, cause I am/was in it.
I saw her name and message.
Then, I deleted the group.
Thought about life, her, me, and everything in between.
Thought about jumping off a cliff.
Thought about going back in time and changing things.
Will grow stronger and become a better man!
