Update, May 8, 2022: It’s come to my unfortunate attention that my X has many narcissistic traits. I encourage anyone that is going through a weird and painful relationship to please research narcissism.

Today I hit a low in depression and it didn’t feel good.
My X and I have a 3-hour music show to play in a week and haven’t practiced.
We were supposed to practice tonite.
I got things ready and she told me, today, to bring her plant stands and grill.
She texted later and canceled practice.
She said she doesn’t want to be alone with me and we can practice apart.
I tried to see if we could still practice, but no.
That hit very hard and sent me into a pretty bad night.
I reached down low to pull out any strength I could to feel a little better.
It was hard. It was a hard night of feeling bad and trying to figure out how to get out of this sad pit.
