Colosseums Are Coming to Elden Ring in a Free PvP Update

PvP fights, team battles, and more will be available tomorrow.

Back in March of this year, data-mined evidence uncovered a colosseum which was theorised to be used for some sort of upcoming PvP oriented DLC for Elden Ring.

A one minute trailer was released today which included a few clips of PvP fights in this colosseum. The trailer showcases a round arena with enough space for 1v1 PvP or even group PvP. The following was stated in the trailer.

“Battle for glory in new PvP modes”

Additionally, there will not be just one, but three different colosseum. These include the following.

  • Limgrave
  • Leyndell
  • The crimson paradise of Caelid

These new PvP modes will also include the following.

  • Duels
  • Free-for-all brawls
  • Team fights

The trailer shows off duels, 3v3 battles, and even seems to indicate the ability to use summoned spirit ashes.

This update will be released on the 7th of December which is when additional/all details about these new colosseums will be revealed.
