Dare to imagine — Newsletter #27

What do you imagine?

I dare you to imagine all the possibilities for yourself and your life; dream big, dream small, just dream! Sift through the muck, the what-ifs, the obstacles, and the self-limiting beliefs, and just dream!

What might you imagine for yourself and your life if all the obstacles were handled?

This is much of what we do in coaching; we look forward towards our dream life, our preferred futures, to inform our being in the here and now. In coaching, we work backward to bridge the gap between where we are and where we wish to be.

So where do you wish to be? and what’s one thing you can do today, this week, this month to get you closer to that? Tell us in the comments.

Being Known’s monthly writing prompt

July writing prompt: Dare to imagine.

This month I invite you to indulge in your imagination! Dare to dream! Unleash your inner child, the one that didn’t live life with a series of what-ifs, constrained by limiting beliefs, but rather allowed him/herself to be swept up in the magic of the dream!

Whether you indulge in your dream life (and then create action steps to get there), create a vision board, or dream up lollipop bushes —the possibilities are endless when we tap into our imaginations!

So go; spread your wings and fly!

Tag the prompt poem, tag your friends, submit a story, essay, or poem and join the fun.
