“Am I On the Right Path?”

[Updated March 3, 2021] A channeled answer for a friend that applies to everyone.

QUESTION: Am I on the right path?

ANSWER (channeled from my Energy Group):

THERE ARE a whole diversity of paths. Every person has their own path. Every individual that is incarnated in this dimension, and any other dimension, has their own path that they have chosen, that their soul has chosen for that incarnation.

There are also longer paths and shorter paths to be experienced.

One of the major reasons that people, and beings of all kinds, incarnate on Earth is because of the diversity that it offers — the diversity of experiences from what you call “good” to “bad”. The diversity of everything is far more intense here than it is in so called “higher dimensions”.

But in order to do that, the beings that are incarnated here need to forget that they are this larger Soul that exists beyond this dimension. That is why birth and early childhood experiences are the way they are. Basically, an effort is made to forget everything possible from what they knew before this incarnation so that they can experience it in its greatest intensity and diversity.

So that is why beings (not just humans, but all the creatures on this planet) come onto this planet. It is to experience that diversity, because it is somewhat unique. It does exist on other planets as much. It is a desirable experience, because through that diversity, through experiencing the intense highs and intense lows that this planet has to offer, great opportunities for spiritual expansion can take place.

Most of the beings that are incarnated here actually have an existence in a higher dimension. But in those higher dimensions, the challenges are not nearly as noteworthy because you have a lot more control and almost anything you wish for comes true almost instantly.

In most of the higher dimensions, they kind of forget what it is like to experience the intensity of love, of anger, of hatred, of discovery and of joy. All of those things are more powerful here on Earth than they are in other dimensions just because of the contrast that exists.

Pre-Birth Arrangements

ONE’S PATH, in many ways, is determined before you are born. The general path, at least, is outlined. And in fact, many of the possible deviations from that path are also known.

There are several probabilities of what one’s life may look like. But at the same time, once you are born into this world, into this dimension, you have free will. You have free will to change anything that you want to change. So, things are “created” in your life, though you actually have a role in creating everything that you experience.

You meet certain people. Most of the time, the people who have some major influence on your life are parts of your “soul group”. They are people, souls, that you knew, that you are related to, that you have had incarnations with in the past. And you have agreed to play certain roles with each other so that you can each experience something unique.

This is a long way around saying that “you are perfectly fine on the path that you are on”. And if you need, or if you feel an urge, to change that path in some way, then that is perfectly fine, and perfectly normal, as well.

Your Soul

THERE IS a saying that your Soul — which is your Higher Self, which is kind of behind your Inner Self, sometimes also called your “conscience” — there is a saying that

You can never go against a desire that your Soul has.

Your Soul is the one that determines what this life purpose for you is and how it is going to be experienced. And you cannot go against that, because the Soul is a deeper part of you, which means it is a more powerful part of you. The deeper you go into yourself, the more powerful you are.

The more external you are, the more ego-centered one is, the more centered one is on physical properties and things like that — those are weaker centers of power. The strongest centers of power are the ones that are deepest within you. That is going to give you the strength to create the world that you want to create.

And the deeper you go, the closer you get to your Soul.

And so, they say that “the Soul always gets what it wants”. For some people, that can be a very long process, however, because they are not very well connected to their Soul. They may resist when the Soul is telling them “you really should be considering this” — and they may resist it for many years. It could be several lifetimes that they resist what their deepest Soul is telling them.

And that is one way that we create “time” — it is created by the resistance, the beliefs we hold, that may be against the Soul’s deeper desire for our experience.

So the better we can tap into, and align our ego self, our external self, our Earth physical self, with that Soul self, the more quickly we can manifest those deeper desires. Because those deep Soul desires are actually our deepest desires, as well.

Your Soul’s Desires

THERE IS a bit of a contradiction here because the two principal desires that your deepest Soul has are:

(1) To experience the diversity of this planet that this incarnation has to offer. From that Soul level, the diversity is seldom thought of as bad or good. It seldom has those kinds of value judgments. It is just diversity. It is just “Wow, that was quite an experience!”.

Diversity is basically experiencing what God or Source has created. And that is why everything exists; it is to experience this infinite diversity that has been created and that everything is participating in the creation of.

So that is one of the Soul’s desires, and that is the desire that is expressed, as we said previously. When we are born, and we are intentionally forgetting as much as possible, anything prior to that birth.

(2) The other principal desire of the Soul is to reconnect with Source. To reconnect with God, you could say, which is Source, which is where the Soul comes from.

There are different ways of thinking about how reality is formed. The one that we [the Energy Group] basically align with in organizing how we see everything, the universe, is that prior to anything existing there was Source, or God, or All That Is, Hindus call it Atman, there are a number of different names, also the I Am Presence.

That God or Source just exists. It just is. There is nothing there to see. There is nothing there to experience. Some people in meditative states connect with that God or Source, but they cannot describe it. And they cannot actually even think about it while they are connecting with it, because as soon as a thought comes in, then that is not it, because it is beyond thinking.

It is beyond all thoughts, beyond all emotions, beyond any kind of form — physical or non-physical.

But that Source then had the first thought of “I am”. And in that thought, the Soul was created. The Soul is the first manifestation of the unmanifested Source.

The Soul is an exact replica of Source, of God. Except that it exists as a form. And, like God, it can recreate itself — which it does. So, everything in the universe has a Soul and the Soul of each of those things is connected to the what is sometimes called the Universal Soul. That was the first Soul that was created by Source or God.

So, the Soul’s role is to experience the opposite of Source — to experience the diversity. And in that experience, the Soul’s desire arises to return to Source, to return to the “oneness”.

Those are the two basic desires of your Soul, and of every Soul — to experience diversity and to experience oneness.

When we are born, we are basically dumped into that experience of diversity. As we follow our path through life, we move towards returning to that oneness, that connection to Source.

Different people, different beings, and different entities take different paths in doing that. And that is also part of the diversity of life.

So, your Soul also has these two desires. It has a desire to experience diversity, and it has a desire to return to the oneness, which in spiritual traditions is sometimes referred to “enlightenment” or an “awakening”.

Every entity has that desire, although it may not be something that they recognize in their current incarnation because part of that experience of diversity is having different paths, multiple paths.

Q: Did I know you in a different lifetime?

A: ABSOLUTELY.

Pretty much everyone that you meet and contact and communicate with in some way you are connected to on another plane. Some, of course, you are connected to some more and others less.

And it does not necessarily reflect how deeply you know them on this plane. You could have had other lives where you were very closely related.

In fact, you and I, in previous lives, have been part of the same family. And that is really common too. So sometimes you can spend many lives in different relationships with each other: parent, child, siblings. And also, many lives where you did not really know each other, or where you just kind of cross paths briefly.

So basically, everyone that you meet and encounter in this life, you have known either in other lives or in other soul groups. We often talk about soul families, but there are actually many soul groupings that one is a part of in higher dimensions. So, in that respect, it is kind of cool to think about that — that we are all connected together, we are all connected in different ways.

So, our advice to you,

regarding your question about your path, is the fact that this channeling is happening right now, this particular experience we are having is happening right now, is an indication that you are ready to advance your path, to move further in the direction of awakening, we could say.

Actually, this is true for the entire planet, right now. This is happening to a lot of people.

We encourage you to look for those synchronicities, those opportunities to have a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationship to the world. We think you have a lot of opportunities for that. You have a good Soul, a good Mind, and are open to some new adventures — more of inward adventures.

Synchronicity is a good thing to look for. The more you look, the more you see. Because, in fact, everything is a synchronicity — everything.

Addendum: The Path of Creating a Better World

(This is an automatic writing message, channeled on March 3, 2021.)

Some people feel that their path in life is to create a better world. Indeed, that is also the path of every other person in this, and any other, incarnation.

That is because you are your world are one. You are not separate from your world. You are not separate from your society, nor from the places you live, nor from the social groups that you identify with. So, wanting a better world means wanting a better place, social group, and self. They are all the same thing.

You create your own reality in every way and at every level. You also share the reality you create with others, so you can better understand your reality and yourself. Your reality is always a perfect mirror of who you are in this instance, both individually and collectively.

You can attempt to change your world for the better by working at any level of your reality. However, we suggest that the most powerful way to change your world for the better is to change yourself.

This is because the closer you are to yourself, to your true self, to your Soul, the more powerful you are. As we have said above, your true self, or Soul, is the most powerful portion of your being, and it always gets what it wants.

Working on yourself means bringing yourself into alignment with your inner self, with your Soul. In that way, your desires become your Soul’s desires. Or we could say, your Soul’s desires become your desires. There is no division, and this will (and does) create your perfect world.
