Most people think Scorpio is this dark, intense, intimidating devil, but they don’t really understand the true nature of Scorpio.
It’s not that Scorpios are intimidating, they have a powerful presence and demanding personalities that make people very uncomfortable. But that isn’t Scorpio's fault.
Scorpios are like scorpions — some of the worlds scariest creatures. Scorpions lay there waiting on the right time to capture their victim in its claws holding on tight, stinging them with a disabling venom, and not releasing it from its grab until it’s done with it.
Like scorpions, Scorpios are cunning and sometimes revengeful.
Scorpio is a fixed sign who is fixed in their ways with little to no inclination to change or please others, and if they’ll change, they’re slow to change.
They’re slow to change their ways and their minds. They are set in what they think, what they like, and are not easily convinced to try new things.
Scorpios are known for their cool, calm, and collected nature, and the mysterious vibe about them is what makes them one of the most interesting yet feared signs.
They are passionate and confident people. Determined and assertive, they will dig and search until they find out the truth. This makes them excellent and powerful leaders. They are dedicated to what they do and committed to what they love. When they want something, they go for it and nothing will stop them.
Scorpio is ruled by Pluto, the God of the underworld. Pluto represents change and transformation but has an obsessive desire for power, control, and destruction.
Scorpio is directly associated with the underworld, so they feel right at home in the darkest of places. They aren’t interested in what’s sitting in the light — they want to dig down to get to the real treasures that lie underneath the surface. They enjoy being in the dark so they can bring all the shadow things into the light. To them, darkness is a perfect time for transformation.
How a Scorpio Really Feels
Scorpios are water signs and therefore feel everything deeply. Like all the water signs, they are extremely sensitive and emotional. They live to experience and express emotions. When they are sad or mad, it is simply impossible to make them feel better.
They are very highly intuitive, always aware of everything. They seem to know things before they happen. This means that they can see through the lies and therefore can't stand dishonesty. They are very suspicious of others. Just like the Scorpion, they have a tendency to wait to strike their victim at the perfect time.
Scorpios are very intense and this manifests as jealousy and the desire to control situations.
Scorpios love to be in control. They are one of the most sensual and sexual signs of the zodiac. They are extremely passionate and intimacy is very important to them. They thrive on sex and feel every moment intensely. Sex isn’t solely about pleasure for Scorpios. They crave the physical closeness, spiritual entanglement, and emotional intimacy sex can provide.
They are traditional when it comes to relationships. They want to know where they stand and they have no time for games. They prefer serious commitments where they can own a person. They are all or nothing. They give their love and attention and are very loyal.
What a Scorpio Really Needs
Scorpios have a hard time trusting people, but once they trust someone, they dedicate their whole self to that person so they need someone they can trust wholeheartedly.
If a Scorpio meets someone they like and manages to capture them in its claws, they don’t want to let go so they hold on tight. They need someone who wants to be owned and controlled. But don’t get it twisted, just because they like control doesn’t mean they want you to control them, no.
Scorpios hate being controlled.
They are incredibly honest, but they never show their cards. They don’t like to display any vulnerability too soon. They keep their feelings to themselves, as well as their plans and ideas. Scorpios need someone who won’t force them to be vulnerable or open up too soon.
Scorpios just need a love that consumes them to feel fulfilled.
What a Scorpio Want You to Understand
Scorpio wants you to understand that they may look scary and intimidating most of the time but they aren’t.
Once you get to know them, they are fun and full of wonderful sometimes unexpected surprises. When they are fond of you, they will give you everything you need but if you try to play them in any way… just don’t try to play them in any way.
They take betrayals personal and let downs very seriously.
Scorpio is passionate. They have a magnetic personality that lures you in. Once you’re in, they see right through you. They see right into your soul so don’t lie to Scorpio. They know everything.
When they decide on something, there’s not much you or anybody else can do to change their minds so let them do it and give them your support.
If you fear what they are about to do, just be there with them to help them out when they get into trouble because they would do the same for you. There’s no one better to have at your side during a time of trouble than a Scorpio.
