For the next 30 days, I will be posting every day about my journey through a personalized 30-day challenge. They are simple and realistic, with a focus on improving my writing, physical health, and mental health. I have created a list below outlining each challenge!

Day 23 — Create a delicious and healthy menu for the day

Day 25 — Abstain from something
Day 26 — Write a children’s story
Day 27 —Visit/phone a grandparent (or family member)
Day 28 — Write a rhyming poem
Day 29 — Do the MND “no scratch” challenge*

I want to improve my writing and health as well as challenge myself to post daily for the next 30 days. I want to learn and grow on my journey as a writer on Medium.
