The field of Generative AI is growing rapidly, and there are now hundreds of YouTube channels dedicated to covering the latest news and updates.

But which ones are worth subscribing to?

In this article, I am going to share my top five picks that are worth subscribing to.

FYI, I’m not tied to any of these channels or getting a penny from them. I’m sharing these because they’re great channels, I want you to know about them too.

1. AI Explained

AI Explained is my favorite channel for learning about the latest AI news.

Philip does an excellent job of explaining complex concepts in a way that’s easy to understand. He also goes into great detail about the latest AI papers, which often makes me think, “Damn, I never thought of it that way.”

This channel is great for anyone who wants to learn more about the inner workings of AI.

I love watching his videos because he shows some great examples and step-by-step tutorials on setting up and using AI tools that are otherwise too complicated for the average user.

4. MattVidPro

I have been a fan of MattVidPro since the release of OpenAI’s Dall-E2 in early 2022. He was uploading videos every single day and had been providing useful insights into the tool.

Right now, Matt does not just cover Dall-E2 AI but also talks about other tools related to the world of generative AI.

5. Two-Minute Papers

“What a time to be alive!”

Sounds familiar, huh?

If you’re into AI and tech, you surely know Dr. Károly Zsolnai-Fehér of Two Minute Papers.

Why did I put him at the bottom of the list?

One downside is that Dr. Zsolnai-Fehér can be a bit slow to release new videos. It can take him a few days, sometimes weeks, to cover the latest AI news.

Despite this, Two Minute Papers is still one of the best resources for learning about generative AI on YouTube.

Okay, that’s about it. I hope you found this article helpful! If you know of any other YouTube channels that offer valuable information about generative AI, please let me know in the comments. I’m always looking for new channels to learn from.
