Summary

The web content outlines three methods to regain balance and inspiration by grounding oneself through the earth, absorbing light energy from the heavens, and utilizing breath to circulate energy.

Abstract

The article "3 Things You Can Do When You’re Feeling Ungrounded and Uninspired" suggests that the earth, heavens, and air provide essential elements for energy balance. It emphasizes the importance of the root chakra in grounding dense energies into the earth, the crown chakra in receiving cosmic energy, and the heart chakra in circulating energy through breath. The text explains that by walking barefoot, one can unblock the root chakra and release negative energies. It also describes how the crown chakra connects us to divine guidance and wisdom, and how a blocked crown chakra can lead to feelings of disconnection and lack of inspiration. Lastly, it highlights the role of the heart chakra in energy flow, particularly through the act of breathing, which can help restore a sense of stability and inspiration when one feels ungrounded.

Opinions

  • The author believes in the law of conservation of energy, suggesting that energy can only be transferred and transformed, not created or destroyed.
  • The article conveys that unaddressed chakra blockages, particularly in the root and crown chakras, can lead to various emotional and spiritual issues.
  • It is implied that direct physical contact with the earth, such as walking barefoot, is an effective method for grounding and clearing negative energies.

1. Send Dense Energies Into The Earth

The law of conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but can only be transferred from one form to another.

This means when you absorb certain energies from your surroundings, it doesn't leave on its own; it stays within your body, flowing to and fro until you move it out of your body.

The earth is the best transmuter of dense energies. The root chakra located at the base of our spine runs through our legs and feet, transferring negative energies from the body into the earth to be transmuted.

If you’re feeling ungrounded and overwhelmed, chances are there are stuck energies inside you that need to be released. It may be stuck not being able to exit the body because your root chakra is blocked.

When the root chakra is blocked, there’s trouble because dense energy can’t leave your system. Energy does not leave simply because we scream and take our frustration out on others. It remains inside us, causing problems such as restlessness, feeling abandoned, lack of focus, fear, paranoia, defensiveness, etc. Energy leaves when you move it.

The easiest way to address any root chakra issue is to expose your feet to the earth by walking barefoot on rich soil or grass. By putting your feet on the earth, the earth absorbs the dense negative energies inside you and your roots ground to the earth.

2. Absorb Light Energy From The Heavens

When the earth absorbs dense negative energies from your body, your energy system opens up and cosmic energy can now flow into you through the crown chakra located on the top of your head.

The crown chakra serves as the bridge between the heavens and the earth.

It receives cosmic energy from the heavens and brings it inside the body, where it moves down to the rest of the chakras and eventually into the earth to be transmuted to positive energy and sent back into the heavens, and the cycle repeats because energy is never destroyed.

The crown chakra acts as the center of spirit. It's the home of intuition, knowledge, wisdom, consciousness, and our connection to divine guidance.

When the crown chakra is blocked, then there’s a major problem. We feel uninspired. We lack wisdom. We don’t hear our intuition. We struggle to receive divine messages and synchronicities that affirm we are on the right path. We feel ungrounded, not sure what we're doing wrong, and we lack answers because we can't connect to our higher selves.

A blocked crown chakra makes us feel as if we're disconnected from the universe and we start to believe we’re all alone.

When our crown chakra is blocked, light energy arrives and bounces right off of us because it can’t enter. Sometimes it’s not blocked but it can’t enter because the body is full of toxic energies and leaves no space for the clean stuff.

To allow light energy to flow inside us, we must allow dense energy to flow out of us.

The root and the crown chakra work closely together to ensure energy is flowing in and out of us. When one is blocked, it affects the other. Therefore, to address crown chakra issues, you must first address root chakra problems. After your root chakra is active, you can use meditation, visualization, and affirmations to direct energy into your crown chakra.

3. Breathe in Pure Energy From Around You

There are seven chakras. The root chakra is the first chakra. The crown chakra is the last chakra. If the root chakra is blocked, energy struggles to leave your system. If the crown is blocked, energy can’t enter. If both chakras are blocked, then we are in serious trouble.

But luckily for us, there’s another chakra that plays a very important role in the removal and absorption of energy, and that’s the heart chakra.

The heart chakra is the fourth chakra and sits right in the middle of the chakras to intervene when both the first and last chakras are weak or blocked. It acts as the link between the crown and the root chakra.

The heart chakra is powered through the air we breathe.

Simple breathing sends dense energies out of the body through the nostrils or mouth and light energies into the body to keep the energies flowing in and out.

We’ve been breathing ever since birth, so we take advantage of it. We forget how powerful it really is. When you're feeling stressed out, taking a deep breath can help calm you down.

Breathing is how we are sustained. When things feel a bit shaky and you’re feeling ungrounded and uninspired, it’s easy to forget how good it feels to just slow down and breathe.
