3 Things to Know About Sex and Your Sexual Energy

1. It’s a Mixing of Energies
On an energetic level, each person transfers energy into the other during sex. Diseases are passed on. Moods are passed on. Trauma can be passed on. Anger and sadness can pass through. Happiness, joy, and love can also be transferred during sex.
That is because the energy that is released during pleasure and orgasms doesn't get destroyed. It can either get transferred or transmuted.
Sexual transmutation is taking sexual energy and channeling it into something else.
When you have sex with a person, you are mixing your energy with this person. You take on the energy of the person and they take on yours. That energetic transfer forms energetic chords that are very difficult to cut.
This is why soulmate and twin flame relationships are so hard to get over.
There is a subtle, sometimes not so subtle energetic exchange that occurs from sex that mixes both partners’ energy, and every time we have sex with them, we take on more of their energy as our own, also leaving part of our own in theirs.
When you’re not aware of the energy and emotions someone carries, you may leave with some things you wouldn't accept if you could see with your naked eyes. A person may be sexy. He may be hot, but underneath that hotness, may be gunk and junk that dampers and drains you of your precious energy.
When this happens, you find that you feel lethargic, sluggish, and tired all the time. You feel you have little to no energy, even after a good night’s sleep.
Sex is normal. Sex is good, but sex should be done with care. You gotta know who you're fucking. If you don't know a person, get to know them a bit.
If you have a fun one-night stand and the next morning you wake up feeling irritated, tired with cloudy thoughts, that’s your body telling you that something is wrong inside your energy system.
You want to feel divine magic during sex? Have sex with someone you're energetically aligned with.
If you're not aligned as in if your energy is clean and their needs cleaning, you get out of the bed with energy that needs cleaning too because you absorbed some things that don’t belong in your body.

2. It’s a Merging of Souls
Soul ties are real. A soul tie is a spiritual connection between two people who have slept together many times. Energetic chords that pull two people together create this soul tie that, when separate from the person, can leave you feeling miserable.
Unhealthy soul ties are difficult to break and will suck the life out of you. They will hold you back and prevent you from moving on with your life. It can sabotage your future relationships when you’re still stuck on your fuck buddy because you formed a soul tie with them.
It can allow a person to manipulate you and influence your actions and sometimes they don't even that they're doing so. Soul ties will have you obsessing over a person in your thoughts when you're supposed to be thinking of other important things. It can make you act like a crazy person when you daydreaming, fantasizing, or imagining things in your head.
The key is to ask yourself before sex that is this a person you want to have your soul tied with? You have to draw boundaries when it comes to who you share and exchange sexual energy with.
When you become mindful, you see sex as a spiritual act. You begin to see it as a slow merging of two souls.

3. It’s Power That Can Be Harnessed
Sexual energy is one of the most potent energies we have in our bodies. It is incredibly creating, mystically magical, and divinely sacred. It’s creative energy can be harnessed and used for just about anything.
In some ancient traditions, they harnessed kundalini energy and what they did was to move creative, sexual energy from the sacral chakra and bring it up the spine into the top chakras to be used in creative projects through sexual transmutation.
This is not the kind of energy you want to be giving away, just like that. It’s the kind to want to preserve.
Just as sex can physically create new life, channeling that energy can bring you new life in a spiritual and energetic sense. It’s the kind of energy you use to build the life of your dreams.
Sexual energy is sacred energy and must be protected, preserved, and harnessed for creative projects like writing, painting, singing, making art, creating life, etc. It can be used for pursuing your purpose, spiritual growth, and for manifesting the life of your wildest dreams.
Sexual energy is powerful energy and not the kind of energy you want to waste or play around with.
