Your life is busy and super hectic and you have many things to do in a day.
Working on deadlines, paying bills, cooking meals, shopping, laundry, picking, dropping kids, working out, and other zillions things in our daily life.
Since we started working from home, time seems to be passing quickly and sometimes you may think, you’re not being enough productive in your day as you used to be.
Most of the time, you feel exhausted, over-burned, and don’t have the energy to do anything else. These days, we feel like we have less time than ever and in some very real ways and we do.
Sometimes, you want to watch your favorite movie or just drink your wine peacefully, but most of the time, we are just hustling from one thing to another.
If you feel like you don’t have enough time to do everything you want to do, maybe it’s time to check in with your time management skills and re-look at the daily routine.
Still, it is possible to get through that daunting and long to-do list without losing your mind, and the secret to reaching peak productivity is to change the way you define and look at time.

#1 Prepare a list of 3 important tasks that you need to accomplish every day either the night before or in the morning. It can help you focus and fast-track the progress.
#2 If you are in a job, avoid checking emails constantly. Instead, stop the notifications and check the email at regular intervals and reply in a bunch.
#3 Use the option available in outlook to “delay delivery”. If you reply immediately, it can turn into more incoming emails. Reply when it’s convenient for you not for others.
#4 Eliminate distractions as much as possible. Mute or Stop unnecessary notifications on laptops, phones, and fitness watches.
#5 Move the TV to the bedroom so that you’re less encouraged to turn it on during your work time.
#6 Walk outdoor, in nature without listening to songs, or podcasts. Listen to birds and observe your surroundings more often.
#7 Meet and talk to your friends, and family more often. It can make you feel whole and collected.
#8 Cultivate hobbies outside your work and spend time mastering them after work hours. It can easily turn into your side hustle.
#9 Declutter your living space and clear out all unread notifications, and emails from your phone. It can instantly feel you energic and focused.
#10 Unsubscribe from promotional emails. It can lighten up the burden on your wallet and reduce the temptation to buy stuff that you don’t need anyway.
#11 Learn easy-to-cook recipes and cook for most weekdays. It can reduce the frequency to ordering in or eating junk food. Nothing can beat home-cooked food. It’s nurturing and soulful.
#12 Create a social calendar to do some activities and add something every time that you always want to do or something you are afraid of trying in past.
#13 Work on your No muscle. The more you say no to unnecessary things, and tasks, the happier you become.
#14 Get some live plants and take care of them. It can help you care for something and will make you feel content when you see them growing.
#15 In today’s world, time is the new currency. respect and value your time and others. It’s one of the best things you can do for yourself.
These are simple habits, you can start with zero investment with more than 1000% ROI. The only key is to find things that motivate you and you enjoy doing it.
