3 Micro Perspectives to Help You Immensely Elevate Your Life
“What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” — Jane Goodall

There are two types of people in life: those who burn themselves trying to be successful, dreaming about earning $$$, complain about everything and those who genuinely enjoy life and give their 100% on whatever they start until it’s finished.
You see, you want to be like the latter and because life doesn’t end when you achieve something. It’s about keep going on as you never stop living.
And it’s easy to get there because a change in a few perspectives is all it takes to redirect your journey and make it more meaningful.
I was not here a couple of years back. I constantly burned myself out, waiting for life to happen and thought maybe I am not “lucky”.
Here are the 3 micro perspectives you can reflect upon to lead a happier and successful life.
“Sometimes in life we take a leap of faith. Remember, the leap is not about getting from one side to the other. It’s simply about taking the leap…and trusting the air, the universal breath, will support your wings so that you may sour.”
— Kristi Bowman
#1 You Don’t Need to Die Everyday
“Health is a state of complete mental, social and physical well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” — World Health Organization, 1948
Social media makes it look like if you haven’t had a sweat bath and burnt a thousand calories, you’re not doing well enough. Soreness is glorified as a measurement of strength.
You don’t have to kill yourself working out. It’s just a part of your health regime, it’s not entirely your health regime! There’s so much more to being healthy like a good diet, sufficient sleep, positive self-talk, self-awareness, etc.
Plus, the only thing worse than not exercising is over-exercising.
#2 Life is colorful, don’t make it black and white
Yesterday someone told me this. You should stop treating it like it’s either black or white or may be gray. Like has all different colors. Don’t box yourself in it.
Try new things, be more daring and take bold steps.
When you look back, you see time is flying at a rocket speed but every day you feel bored, and you didn’t add any fun things.
So today make a promise to yourself and add something you have never done or something you want to do since ages.
No more fear, no more hiding, just do it.
Open a YouTube channel, post your first video, write your first blog post, lift that dumbbell, or just pick a book, or anything you possibly want to do.
#3 Stop chasing success
To everyone success looks different. may be for your success means earning 6 figure salary, or someone living a healthy life or for someone is freedom to do anything.
If you ask me what success means for me, I would probably say, I want love most like my writing and to be able to lead a healthy life.
And this has helped me the most.
You’ll have to choose multiple options throughout your journey and you’ll get tempted at things and trap yourself in an endless cycle.
Each time you need to decide, think long-term and see if it aligns to your goal or not.
Be Bold
Be Courageous
Be Your Best
