We are just focused on work, goals, achievements, and our own expectations. Because of this, we can’t take proper care of ourselves. Then we say we are not happy with what we are doing. We feel lonely and so many other problems pop up.

You say I have no life — just doing things for the sake of doing and feeding the family.

So there is a solution for it and which you are lacking — it is self-care. You never gave time to yourself. So you need to focus on yourself a bit so that you start living life.
