I agree we all have days when we feel frustrated and complain about all those complicated things in our life. But there are so many good things we never look at.
There is a little reminder for you to read and feel good when you feel it’s too overwhelming.
1. You have all the basic needs
You have a roof over your head, a bed to sleep, food on your table, and clean water to drink. You are blessed to have it because many people can’t even provide those basic needs.
2. You have failed and come back
If you have failed means you have learned something. And even, if you are failing now, means you are growing. Keep on trying as success comes after failing 100’s of times.
3. You have survived the hardships
We all face obstacles and setbacks. So if you have survived even the little hardship — you are already learning how to live. So learn from the lessons and make yourself stronger after each bad incident.
4. You have a good education
Be thankful for the knowledge you are getting each day. There are people who can’t even afford an education. So take advantage of all the opportunities that come your way.
5. You are chasing for your dreams
No matter at which step you are. If you are consistently taking each step daily then none has the right to take it away from you. Your dream is yours. So embrace it and create it.
6. You have family and friends that love you
Family is life. Love them and be grateful for it.Even if you have 2–3 best friends than you have everything. They will be there when you need them the most.
7. You love to help others
The greatest happiness lies in helping others. One helping hand for someone can change theirs as well as your life. The law of giving is simple — give the best and feel the best.
8. You are not the same person as you were a year ago
You have evolved yourself with something new. New teaching has been learned and you survived the better and worse condition on your way.
9. You can take care of yourself
Maybe you are using positive affirmations or taking everything positively. The main thing is you are loving and taking care of yourself on days when no one is there to help you.

You always appreciate everything on your way. Maybe a simple walk — it’s all the matter of your vision. It’s a true sign of happiness.
