I’m unafraid to let my tears show What it means to be broken, I know

For decades of my life I felt unseen, unheard Self-love is a promise; give yourself your word

I’ve had to look at those parts unseen To make peace with where I’ve have been

Listening to myself deeply gave me the clues Little by little I washed away my blues

Every crack in my spirit is sealed with love Love is the strongest glue that I know of

Everything you suppress you must feel I figured; my friend you too shall heal

I wear my scars like a piece of jewelry Not to show off, but appreciate their beauty

Like that candle holder made of cracked glass Light shines out of my eyes and my fine @$$

I’m spiritual warrior with a Lightsaber pen Writing to you from my secret introvert den
