You Can’t Accept Hell Because of The Way You Live
If hell isn't real, then heaven isn’t either
Let’s be real here. People can’t wrap their minds around a loving God who throws people in hell because they don't want to stop the evil things they do. They want to keep on doing evil and expect no consequences at all.
That’s all it is.
It’s almost as delusional as a person who kills, rapes, or steals who says a loving world would not throw me in jail. How silly is that?
If evil isn’t a part of a person, they wouldn’t try to bypass the concept of hell and punishment. They wouldn't even fear it.
Many people assume that if a person believes in hell, then they are afraid of it, but I believe it’s quite the opposite. If a person believes in hell, they are pretty sure they’re not going there. If a person believes hell is a myth, then there’s some bad thing they do that they aren’t ready to quit!
Hell is not real is just a reason to keep doing bad things.
Where there’s an eternity of torture and condemnation, one might pretend hell is not real to find some comfort, but it doesn’t take away the fact that hell exists.
The Bible and Jesus talk a lot about hell and our resistance to entertain the idea don’t make it any less real. And all the jokes about it don’t take it away either.
Hell is as real as heaven is.
While most people are comfortable discussing the afterlife and heaven, talks of hell are avoided at all costs.
Many people are hesitant to talk about hell because they believe the only people who won’t shut up about it are rigid Christians who want to stop them from enjoying their life.
Modern believers want to be seen as kind and loving, so they talk about the kind and loving parts of the Bible and ignore those parts that don’t feel very good. They don’t want to turn anybody off or upset them, so they sugarcoat their messages. But that’s very dangerous.
Someone who really cares warns you!
If evil isn’t a part of a person, they wouldn’t try to bypass the concept of hell. They wouldn’t even fear it.
Is heaven real? Yeah? How can you believe in heaven and not believe in hell? How can you believe in God as the ruler of the heavens and not believe in the devil as the ruler of hell?
The devil is the personification of evil and he and his angels are the reason God created hell.
He’s been a part of horror stories for so long that many people now think he’s just a fictional character, made up to scare children from disobeying their parents and prevent adults from doing whatever they want. But there’s truth in everything.
As above, so below.
If you can believe heaven is real but convince yourself hell is not real, then you’re avoiding the truth. If you can marvel at the beauty of the heavens — the sky, the sun, the other planets, the moon, and the stars — and act as if hell is a myth, then you’re spiritually bypassing.
Spiritual bypassing is when you gravitate or polarize towards the light and pretend the darkness is not real.
If you can believe that there’s a kingdom of heaven above your head where God rules, and can’t accept that the kingdom of hell is under your feet, then there’s a polarizing towards the light going on.
Uncomfortable doesn't equal false.
There are over 162 references in the New Testament alone which warn of hell. And over 70 of them were made by Jesus himself! He talked about it so much and described it so vividly. Why? It must be there.
Jesus knew, saw, and believed hell was real. He cares about us and warned us. So unless Jesus Christ is a big, fat liar, then hell is real.
God is a very loving God, and that’s why he made hell.
The world cares and that’s why the prison systems are in place. With the prison system in place, you can sleep soundly at night knowing that evil isn’t roaming the street looking for you to devour. If the leaders of the world didn’t care, they would leave criminals to roam the earth doing more evil things.
If humans can care, how much more God?
If God didn’t care, he wouldn’t have created hell. He would have allowed evil to walk amongst us, but he condemned evil by creating hell.
Hell in the spiritual realm is as real as a prison facility in the physical world.
Hell isn’t a place to torture innocent souls. Hell is a place for evil souls.
Prison facilities have the purpose of taking away the freedom from a person so they can course correct. I believe hell is a really intense prison facility in the spiritual realm to course-correct certain souls.
Hell wasn’t created to prevent you from having fun. Hell was created to separate you from evil, and if you actually believe that, you would be grateful that hell exists. You would thank God every day for creating hell to keep you and your loved ones away from evil.
