Why does rejection hurt so bad?
Nobody, by default, likes rejections because they hurt. But some of us can turn this pain into pleasure. Rejections are an inevitable part of life.
Some of us can deal with rejections better than others because we learn how to deal with them and turn them into life lessons.
Rejections can improve our adversity quotient (AQ). This means that we can deal with difficult situations and challenges of life more effective. AQ can improve our health, mental health, and overall well-being.
The higher our adversity quotient is, the more successful we can become in all walks of life.
Here is my story on how to reframe rejections.
