Why I Go on Writing Binges to Stay Relevant
And how it maximizes my time.

Being a digital entrepreneur is all about staying relevant.
If you fall off the face of the Earth and stop posting, people will forget about you, quit consuming you, and move onto someone else.
That’s fine if you’re okay with it. I’m not pouring my heart and soul out into my writing for money. I’m doing it for legacy.
My goal is to leave a legacy on the internet that no matter where you come from, you can develop into a positive, motivated, and inspirational person by doing what makes you happy.
Writing 10 articles in a night is something that I do every once in a while, and here’s why I do it.
After a long break, you’re going to have a lot to say.
Once every few months, I take a step back from the keyboard and go out to live my life. Without living life, I have no content.
Now that I’m back from the dead, I have a lot to share. Not everyone will care about everything I have to say, and I can live with that.
My goal isn’t to make the most money. It’s to leave a legacy.
People who create on the internet are often scrambling for ideas and running into walls all the time. I’m one of those people. That’s why taking a retreat is healthy so that you can return more determined than ever.
10 articles in one night aren’t hard for me.
Quality over quantity, I get it. But the fact that I can crank out ten articles in a single day after a vacation from writing reassures me that I’ve still got it.
The spark to create has to come from within, without any monetary incentives.
I lost Newsbreak, I got a little $100 bonus from Medium, and I transferred all my energy into doing stock options again. Since then, I’ve made more money, but I still come back because I love writing.
No matter what type of obstacles you go through, you have to get back on track. I to build an empire of content in my writing portfolio, so I’m never leaving.
If you can write one article a week, you’re golden. However, writing ten in one night and scheduling them throughout the week is what works for me.
Everyone has their own style. Figure out what works for you.
Final Thought
Whether you have 100 followers or 100,000, the thing that stands out is the grind.
Once you develop a writing portfolio big enough to appear on Google, you know you’re headed in the right direction.
Make such a big splash with your content, stories, and inspiration that people have no choice but to notice you.
We, the writers, are in control of our own destiny. It’s up to us whether or not we’re willing to put in the time.
