Who drives the delivery in Scrum teams?

Many in the Agile community have an inbuilt notion that applying Scrum will help solve all the problems. Did you know Scrum is not a problem-solving framework? It is a problem-surfacing framework which creates transparency and embodies the concept of empiricism.
Continuing to explore the problem-solving notion of Scrum, who do you think is responsible for the delivery of the software or product in Scrum teams?
In a Scrum team does only one person drive the delivery or is it a collective responsibility of the team?
Few thoughts to ponder deeply:
➡️ Isn’t the product owner responsible for delivering the value?
They maximize the value of the work produced by the development team.
➡️ Isn’t the scrum master responsible for delivering the efficiency of the process?
They are responsible for the effectiveness in improving the development practices.
➡️Isn’t the development team responsible for delivering the right solution with good quality?
They are a self-organized cross-functional team that is responsible for building the actual increment of the sprint goals.
Every role in Scrum is responsible for delivering certain aspects of the product, service or software.

When the whole team feels accountable and takes ownership of delivery, the process improves, the mindset shifts and the accountability is embraced.
