Abstract

I told Joyce her Reiki mentor about my problem and what I could do to heal well and quickly. With what’s keeping you busy now. To be brief, controlling your mental state can help you heal in unexpected ways. How I see it, it all boils down to hypnosis.</p><p id="3c1b"><b>While reading the book on my way to recovery,</b></p><p id="1072">I looked at a few pictures from the internet how what a healthy urethra looked like. This overpainted my mental image, to strengthen my focus. It involves a more sensitive seizure which requires to insert an artificial urethra…(In a way it’s honestly good from the doctor to tell, but towards me manifesting great healing it wouldn’t help me psychologically)</p><p id="593f">I’ve repeatedly tried to imagine “<i>not to think that the worst-case scenario that the doctor presented didn’t exist, that there were other solutions</i>.”</p><blockquote id="00d5"><p>Manifestation requires you to fool yourself for so long that your behavior deviates toward reality.</p></blockquote><blockquote id="e219"><p>To be frank, like it or not but you want to become a pathological liar to yourself until this becomes your new reality.</p></blockquote><p id="db64"><b>In the blend,</b></p><p id="c390">The source of the problem I had was undefinable, but I could tell that vasodilatation (Widening the circumference of the vessels) would assist in the healing process and even maintain the effects of great recovery.</p><p id="6737"><b>As for diet, </b>I consider not much tweak is possible, due to the fact that I eat whole foods, organic vitamins, and enough electrolytes. I cranked up my essential protein amount slightly (To 2–3 grams per kilo of body weight), And I drank more tea than usual to induce relaxation.</p><p id="a051"><b>One thing I still did,</b></p><p id="e377">Weightlifting is so integrated into my life. <i>Doctors told me not to, but I just can’t.</i> Besides, I’ve been doing this for over twenty years consistently and I’m a sports physiologist as well, which makes me think I know enough to override a doctor’s decision on this one.</p><p id="e22c"><b>However,</b> lifting weights with the probe inserted into your bladder, with your penis attached to it, means you have to be more careful than usual — <i>I just want to note that nothing mentioned here isn’t medical advice. When the probe was removed, the first time that I had to pee, everything went as effortlessly as I’d imagined repetitively over the last weeks.</p><p id="b01d"><b>I’ll tell you more,</b></p><p id="e5aa">During the last doctor’s appointment, in conclusion, that doctor (Which was another urologist) didn’t even pronounce the artificial urethra as a final solution. He even presented me with a couple of other possible aids when in the future there would be something. When I asked him how long I can expect this to stay well, he responded:</p><p id="fed0"><i>“I don’t like to refer to statistics, it won’t help you and they won’t be accurate to focus on.”</i></p><p id="e83a"><b>My whole process of healing turned out even better than how I tried to manifest.</b> Important to notice is that manifestation requires help. It’s the complex math of many components over a certain time frame.</p><p id="40f1">I was fortunate to have care workers and a doctor who performed the surgery very well <i>(Whenever I have to “go” now, I apply the conditioned practice of being grateful for this issue being solved once and forever).</i></p><p id="0716"><b>The stronger your will and focused attention,</b> the higher I find that your ability lies to shorten the timeframe of manifestation in correlation to what you want to manifest.</p><p id="56c3"><b>The higher your stress and the less focussed attention,</b> the longer your timeframe of manifestation will be or will even not manifest at all (What happens among the majority of the people).</p><h1 id="2665">One Huge Problem With Manifestation</h1><p id="2836">People aren’t patient.</p><p id="9a6d">Most don’t give manifestation enough disciplined time.</p><p id="ea5c"><b>Manifestation is one word,</b> brought and pronounced rather easily. But it’s constructed out of a complex bundle of components many people ignore. Manifestation requires your best focus to place you in a preferred state consistently.</p><p id="30a2">Believe it enough, it will become your reality.</p><p id="9406" type="7">“Manifestation starts with the correct mindset, it requires you to be your best self, starting from within, backed by a combination of behavior traits.”</p><h2 id="53a4">One more thing that you might not like to hear</h2><p id="de55">You could state that everyone heals and that this is not something special.</p><p id="3990">That’s one way to look at it,</p><p id="3abc">but what if I would’ve continued to go in the devastating direction that I took off?</p><ul><li>Being negative</li><li>Increasing stress</li><li>Evoking family problems</li></ul><p id="ae3d">Not being patient and booking an appointment after two weeks? What’s Important To Know About Manifestation and Healing: “The Bone Hard Reality”

How I recently applied manifestation to a serious medical issue

“Everything should be easy and effortless”

It’s a shame to tell, but human beings have evolved into weak species.

Something surprising that you might want to understand first:

“Most things in life don’t turn out like how you thought they would, the outcome can be reasonably close to what you thought it would look like, but in 99% it’ll unfold in a different way.”

But realize that all outcome in your life is 100% your responsibility. Setting yourself accountable first will lead the process of your manifestation. This means that something like manifestation doesn’t pop up just by itself.

Manifestation Isn’t All Full-Moon Shines

Manifest under the right conditions.

You don’t need to be a wizard to know that negative impulses (Of which we get presented most for free and wherever you come) will manifest more easily than positive desires.

Negativity is the path of least resistance, it’s extremely easy to surrender yourself to negative impulses, and then complain about them afterward. Placing yourself in the “victim role” is so powerful that it will even attract the attention the most people. It’s a poor trait of society, you can detect it everywhere.

Therefore most will say that manifestation is a wuzzle.

Manifestation has a high cost of effort. Where you focus your attention for a longer time, patiently, you create the highest chance of manifestation. But there is much more at play.

Follow me through this post, I’ll try to sketch you something happened to me recently which might increase your insight on the manifestation of things and what it takes.

Manifestation requires focused attention and effort over time. Sometimes you’re doing everything you need to do but still, 99% will quit because they aren’t patient enough.

We can think about manifesting all we want, but without:

  • Certain actions
  • Deeds with good intentions
  • Precise decisions (Even if they mean not-to-act)
  • External help or guidance (And this is also often not mentioned)

Then chances are that manifestation will never unfold like you wanted.

I’ll Share With You a Personal Story:

The complexity of how manifestation really works.

One of the latest books I’ve read and suggest you might read too, has much to do with the manifestation of healing as well. It’s Joe Dispenza’s last piece: “Becoming Supernatural.

Two months ago I had a serious medical issue,

If you really want to know, It involved surgery in my urethra. Not pleasant!

Now, I never heard about this specific issue before. But I’m equipped with a list of treatments from my past. In short, the surgery wasn’t guaranteed to fix the problem definitely. If it wouldn’t, other measures had to be taken which didn’t sound that pleasant or positive.

In line with this post, it’s important to address that you don’t want to focus on this latter. Eliminate thinking about the worst-case, lie to yourself that it doesn’t exist. It’s just like not believing that something is impossible.

Remember that thoughts have the power to convert into real things, they form the base of what you create, you don’t energize the negative!

After the surgery,

I had to walk around with a probe for about a month. During that month, in the first week, I was devastated. I had lots of mood swings (Which isn’t me). I even became angry at my wife a couple of times for nothing… Kids didn’t recognize my behavior, and I noticed them to stay further away from me…

The power of a happy state

I knew I had to turn the tide before chronic stress and anger would keep the upper hand. You might know as well that stress allows us to become sick and inhibits our psychological recovery and physiological repair.

Since over a decade now I’ve changed dramatically from the person I was.

I’ve always exercised and always acquired a pretty clean diet. Take time to recover from sorts… Not having a definable answer to the cause of my problem (Doctors just can’t seem to indicate a true cause, more men between the ages of 30 and 50 have this..)

Accepting this “non-usable answer” was very difficult, yet accepting my problem and dealing with it, I knew would lead to my best way out. It’s something that many people battle with. Pointless Self-anger or Frustration in many ways often takes over from acceptance. As I see it’s the number one inhibitor of both cure and manifestation.

I was given two weeks at first to let the seizure heal. But deep inside I knew, especially for internal seizures (and with the strong acidic bite of urine) it might be better to keep the probe in for a month. Still after this, nothing was guaranteed.

If I may say,

Three personal traits are my strong mindset, patience, and determination to always find solutions in difficult situations. Things happened over the course of our life have trained us that way. These three traits offer an advantage to manifest things.
