“POWERFUL PHOSPHORESCENCE MUSE MAGIC INTO MY MINDS EYE”
Creative Writing Ideas of A-Muse(d) Pete J. Johnson. Writing Challenge ILLUMINATION’S Mirror.

Hi Medium’s-Rare
I’m Pete. I’ve gone over the word count for St. Peter’s Space 4.2,6 times now. I completed my “Craftsman’s Certificate of Proficiency” as a Chef. I lived in the UK for a holiday, working in between. Catering a Business at The Court House Hotel, ‘Judgment Bar-BISTRO’ Sydney. We crafted and created fresh, delicious menus. Then cashed in at Taylor Square’s twenty-four-hours into crazy. Until I overdosed on success. I swam across the ditch into my transformed skills of a Student Office at the University of Technology Sydney, Business & Law Schools, including the “Centrally Conducted Exams, Admin-Go-Gopher-Run,” a 3.5-trimester Record Holder. Lots of other stuff, as well.
Pete JJ. Semi-Sundried-Repurposed.
1. My Minor Struggles in Pain Management
The foremost of my struggles is incorrect spelling! Sliding in equal second place are grammatical structures: verbs, nouns, pronouns, and all the rest. I’ve upgraded Grammarly to Premium; it hurts my brain. But there is one more + another: Searching Statistics summons all my courage not to poke my eyes out with a pen. Editing refines my poems but does little for my patience. I did ask People Experience (formerly HR) to help, still waiting.
2. Desires of Aspirations in a Writer’s Dreaming
I discovered parts of my writing style and voice with Amra Pajalic, an award-winning author Teaching us an “Introduction to Writing from Life” with Writing NSW. This accelerated my literacy brain into overdrive. Here I discovered strange, supportive creatures of imagination. Writers who also read with kindness in critiquing our writing exercises, gifting me a beginning, middle, and future’s end.
3. My Top Five Stories Readers Viewed with Delight
- ‘Morning Coffee’- A prose poem, drinkable in morrow’s rising↷
2. ‘Day-Dream-Drinking’ – it’s a metaphor, dear reader of generations fading away.
3. ‘Unwisdom, Two Brothers Burning (again)’ – A ‘Story-Telling’ poem, yet also a Dreaming representative of the Dyarubbin traditions of indigenous peoples, before colonization ↘︎
4. ‘I will Ravish your Signal Sharping’…’You will Wavier in What you Know.’ – A supersaturated pic. of a dead mouse found in my iPhone. Scribed a poem about it.
5. ‘Octogenarians are sometimes broken’ – My adoptive Mum had lots of childhood trauma. She’s never sought out help. Mum is broken, cruel, distant. But I hold a deep radical love for her.
4. My Greatest Stories sulking for attention
- “Apple Crumbled because Banana Split (whipped) up Chantilly into Buttercreams Croquembouche.” Food’s Dirty Habits Reviewed-PJJ. *Language Warning for reader’s missed interpretations. ↷
2. “In Morning Mist Lifting.” Adventures in a wilderness. South Coast country town – Bundanoon. Free-flow-prose.
3. “On this second last Saturday in August” – Walking Hour: Day 54, New South Wales Delta-Variant Lockdown.” My longest non-fiction fell flat into oblivious Ghost Town. But why, dear readers, why?
4. ‘Correlations in Connections’ – My first two weeks on Medium’ evaporated before my eyes; thought this one was cleverly, special too.

10. If I was the owner of Medium. I’d implement these features of support for writers and readers.
- Truthfulness transformed traditions once bloated positions with vertical integrations just might need upgraded modernizations, ai?
- Remember when you first found Medium? Was it beautiful? Not stagnated in shape-shifters golden bronzed greed stilled, ai?
- Betta pitfalls of pride sandpit-real-time users, but bias-built-in’s back-end bits of secrets satisfaction of losers, ai?
- Cryptic currency of crowd controls ND-payers, betrayers ai?
- Professional Suits provide contractors good buys into upgraded data delivery devices, Devine Delivers, ai?
- If only Streamlined timelines and shiny systems of human hands raised in unison could be replaced, ai?
- No more dot-points, powering into poignant positions overtaking creatives’ castles commentating delusions of deliverables, ai?
About Me (Bio)
Living on Gadigal Country, I invite connections to place and environment with a knowing of 65 thousand years of continuous living history. I experience my relationship in unison, collectively as stewards of this land. Giving me an awakening like no other.
For my creative endeavors — deconstructing haste into stillness, displacing judgment, perusing emergence from unwisdom into wisdom’s heart with a liberating focus of discovery, finding me here.
I enjoy writing prose and short non-fiction stories about my life. I’m at the beginning of writing a memoir. I look forward to sharing these adventures with you.
Pete J Johnson.
