The pit becomes a tunnel, and you slide down for around half a minute, then splash into a pool.

You stand up, blink; it’s bright with torches, and your eyes must adjust. You see that you are in some underground prison.

“Shit…”

Soon, goblin guards have thrown you in a cell. Your cellmate gets up, and you flinch. It’s a lizard-creature! But she grins, and pats you on the shoulder. “It’s your lucky day, bud,” she says in a low voice.

“How so?”

“Because we’re been planning an escape for months, and it’s happening tonight.”

You smile. “Let’s do it…”
